The receptionist is not related to the rental business. I could not connect the smart TV to the internet and I didn't bother myself to connect my phone with the local internet also I think it is so bad to connect with No concierge to take my luggage to my room, I took it myself. Some bed sheets are smelly. No room services. No water bottles. The rental company services or employees are not available 24/7. I didn't want to complain about this because most of my was out so I could bare with it.
